When issues arise in life, look at it as a lesson and a blessing in disguise. God is always working everything for the good. When you are having an issue, the way you view the situation is what will affect the outcome.
So as my husband, daughter, and I sit on the side on the interstate with cars flying by shaking our vehicle giving us gushes of cool wind to ease the baking Florida sun. I stay in joy with trust in Him.
For whatever reason this is in God's plan. We might not always know or see His plan throughout the situation, but He is in charge! We just have to simply believe and trust in Him.
The old me would already be frustrated, complaining, increasing the stress and tension within the vehicle. In turn causing an argument with my husband and creating an even bigger situation!
Ahhhh…..the new me! I really like her!! This me, the me that depends on God in every situation is calm, cool, and collective. In the presence of the almighty I have peace beyond understanding. I know without any doubt there is a reason for this and He is going to take care of everything. Oh, what an awesome feeling it is to be in the arms of the father!
So I sit here talking to my daughter about how grateful I am for God's blessings. We admired the pretty white wildflowers growing along the side of tall pine trees. Beautiful orange and black butterflies are swarming around the flowers reminding me of new life. I, by the grace and mercy of the Father, have been chosen as His daughter to have new life in Christ Jesus! I treasure each moment of this earthly life He allows me to have, no matter what!
He has allowed our vehicle to overheat so that we would be here in the right place at the right time. Do I know why? No! But what I do know is, He has never let me down and I will worship and praise Him no matter the situation!
Thank you Father for everything that you do in and through me! I love you and all the days of my life I will keep my eyes on Jesus and walk in the Holy Spirit. Only to glorify you; the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, all mighty, powerful, creator of worlds, my God. I praise you in Jesus' mighty name, Amen!
